ONLINE PRO SHOPS
PRO SHOP OVERVIEW
• Online Pro Shop selling M4 activewear and accessories – specifically customized and managed for Clubs and organizations
• Club selects/approves product assortment, branding, and site
• Shop remains open for six months
• Can be renewed/extended with joint agreement from Club and M4
• M4 provides digital marketing materials for email/social media at pre-season & holiday
PRODUCTS
• All products are designed, developed, and manufactured by M4 with premium fabrics, styling, and workmanship
• Products are designed to fit well and consistently across the entire line
• All apparel is manufactured in Mauritius & inventoried/branded in Connecticut
• Additional products will be released during season and made available to the Club
• Orders shipped within two weeks of placement
PRICING/ECONOMICS
Retail pricing = M4 retail price + $3 for branding
• Adult Performance Tees = $53 to $68
• Adult Polos = $63 to $68
• Adult Shorts/Skorts/Joggers = $63 to $93
• Hoodies/1/4 Zips = $73 to $93
• Jackets/Vests = $83 to $128
Customer Discounts
• M4 retail discounts do not apply to custom shops
• Club can elect to offer preseason/holiday discounts to
customers but cost will be deducted from commission
Customer Shipping
• Free to customers over $125
• Free batch shipping to Club for four or more orders
Bulk/Event Orders
• 30% discount on custom/event orders over 20 units
• Must be same product & branding and ordered at same time
BRANDING GUIDELINES
Club to submit branding in two colorways (if necessary):
• One for light apparel & one for dark apparel
Preferred logo file type
1. Vector (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG)
2. High resolution PNG
3. M4 can perform graphic clean-up/fee may apply
M4 and Club to review and agree on branding placements and sizes
• Surcharge for additional/excessively large branding hits
M4 branding available for different sports:
• Tennis, Pickle, Squash, Paddle, Padel, Core (Plain)
Branding applied to apparel with high-quality heat transfer and to hats with embroidery
• Custom, silicone 3D logos available with surcharge and additional lead-time

Receive & Select Products
M4 sends Club links to sample shop and Selection Shop with full assortment of products
Share Assets
Send us your logo and any other creative assets.
Design & Mockups
We’ll create mockups of your chosen products and design a custom website.
Launch & Support
Once approved, your site goes live 3 weeks after receiving selection order, and we'll assist with marketing materials.
